The SES (State Examination System) is connected to the NMLS system. Adding people and updating documents is similar to that architecture.
You will receive a notification from the SES of a Supervisory Activity (an examination) or "SA." To assist with that, we often can help, but you must add us to your company as a Third Party and then as a "Contributor."
Once you have confirmed this, you can update user roles.
Then, in the Participants Dashboard, validate we have been added as a contributor.
