Where are the State-Specific Disclosures
Many states may have specific requirements. Most Document Preparation vendors provide these through their systems, but if you don't use a Doc Prep provider, here's a resource.

When you open the file, you will see the total listing of 1) ALL states, 2.) all business models, 3.) disclosure types (e.g., application, closing, etc.).
To get a list of your state's specific disclosures, simply "SORT" using the downward-facing triangle and sort as appropriate. Then just copy the results to your checklist.
