I can't find my policy in the download link you sent?
Document Management
If you're seeing a folder full of forms, training, etc., you're in the wrong folder. Navigate up one level to the Main Folder.

When you get the download link, you log in and you can't find the actual policy. You're seeing a bunch of forms, but no policy and procedure. You're in the wrong folder.
Files in folders are in a "Tree View" which means you have a main folder, then subfolders also known as branches.
You need to go "up" (1) one level to your main folder (2).
Then you will see the Numbered Manual that is your document:
