Often, people start by looking in a subfolder like this one called "FORMS" (1) which is not the manual - it is the tools that you use, like checklists. You should always look for your policies in your manual (2):
Then, when you are in the manual, you can easily (1) Find the phrase you are looking for by clicking "edit > find", (2) entering the phrase in the search bar and (3) locating the item in your plan.
