Another instance of unlicensed LOA, Processor, Underwriter, or Marketers. It's not the title, it's the role. Contractors cannot hide behind a licensed company; in many states, they must be licensed as individuals.

North Carolina and Texas are hammering this in.

AND if you have this role as a contractor, you must have written responsibilities for it.
