Free Policy and Procedure updates are a great value!! Most compliance companies charge you for everything! We want you to keep your investment looking brand new, so we don't charge for updates. We can't provide the labor on your end, so you'll need to handle the integration and updates to your products yourself.
As a reminder, manual download access is valid for only 30 days from the date of purchase. Once we deliver the product, it is yours to store, modify, and distribute throughout your company. We do not continuously update your product, because we intend for our clients to modify their products substantially.
We send out critical updates to specific sections on our updates and downloads page here. Our instructions state that you should take these updates when you receive them, consider whether they apply to your business, and, if so, implement them in your product. If you haven't received these emails, it's likely you've blocked or filtered us out, so make sure you add us to the "Safe Senders" list. If you haven't subscribed or if you feel you're not receiving these updates, please visit the updates and downloads page again and resubscribe or review your contact information.

As we said, this is important because these updates point you to where, in your policies, the compliance matters of the day are addressed. This is your REAL-TIME COMPLIANCE MANAGER TRAINING!

You need to pay attention to all 3 of our channels 1.) email updates - where you will receive a link to a download and a brief explanation, 2.) Newsletter Updates - which are larger, more educational discussions where training and gray areas are addressed, and 3.) Facebook and LinkedIn page updates - where we discuss events of the day and where, within your policies and procedures, you will find how to address these.
We do have a "manuals-only" update service that provides real-time updates to policies and procedures ($20 a Month - See Compliance VP), but most of our customers opt to take advantage of the annual complete updates for $200, or simply request complete updates when needed, such as in advance of an examination.
If you have lost access to your documents due to a hack or lockout, you have a data breach incident that needs a report, remediation, and a broader risk assessment.
